What if I run out of money?
All Waterford Place residents will be asked to provide a summary of their financial position prior to occupancy so we can be certain this lifestyle will not compromise them financially. With that said, we understand that seniors today are living longer than ever before. Although many have planned well for their retirement years, average life expectancies are on the rise and more and more people are outliving their resources. Sunset Association maintains a Covenant Endowment Fund that provides benevolence to residents who have outlived their resources. Waterford Place residents will be able to apply for benevolent assistance from this fund in the event they outlive their resources and are not able to meet their monthly obligations.
