This morning I read my email and one in particular stood out; another couple is moving to Waterford Place and even sold their condo this past weekend without it even being listed! What wonderful news!

Summer at Waterford Place

Everything is new is the title of this blog because as you can see our website has a brand-new look!  My hope is you'll find WaterfordPlace.org to be more interactive, user-friendly and more informative.  Please leave your feedback on our new design on this blog; I'd love to hear from you.  Besides the website having a new design, April has been a month of many new opportunities for Waterford Place.  A television commercial was filmed and has begun airing on WOOD TV 8 along with multiple appearances on the television show "eightWest" which focuses topics and trends important to West Michigan. As summer approaches we will be hosting our annual summer concert series and are looking forward to a craft bazaar in July.  Keep checking back for more updates.  We hope to see you at these summer events!

Can you believe 2010 is done and 2011 has begun?  It’s going to be a great year at Waterford Place; starting with three move-ins just in the first two weeks of January!  I encourage you this new year to stop in for lunch and get a glimpse of this community that so many are happy to call home.  With the Home Purchase Promise and new lower pricing, the retirement so many have hoped for is more attainable than ever.
